Refund Disclaimer

Please note: Refunds for cancelled paid orders are processed in two stages. Upon approval, our team processes the cancellation within 1–3 business days. The refund is then forwarded to your issuing bank or card provider, which may take an additional 7–15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's own processing timelines.

Total estimated time: up to 15 business days from date of approval.

This timeframe is dependent on your financial institution and is outside of our control. We are unable to expedite bank-side processing. If your refund has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact your bank first, as the delay is typically on their end before reaching out to our support team.
